Before Contacting Support

A few quick checks can often identify the problem or make a support request much easier to diagnose.

• Confirm that you are using the current version of Undergroundact Bug Reporter.
• Confirm that WordPress is up to date.
• Note the page where the problem occurred.
• Write down the steps needed to reproduce the problem.
• Note what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• Capture a screenshot or screen recording if possible.
• Include the environment information captured by Bug Reporter when it is relevant.

Report a Bug

If you believe you have found a problem with Undergroundact Bug Reporter, include as much of the following information as you can.

• Page URL: where the problem occurred
• Steps: what you did before the problem appeared
• Expected: what you expected to happen
• Actual: what actually happened
• Evidence: screenshot or screen recording when useful
• Environment: WordPress, PHP, browser, and Bug Reporter version when relevant

Normal bugs and usage questions can be reported through the WordPress.org support forum.

Feature Requests

Feature ideas are welcome. The most useful requests describe the workflow you are trying to improve, what happens today, and what outcome would make the process better.

You do not need to design the solution. Describing the problem clearly is usually more useful.

Security Issues

Please do not post suspected security vulnerabilities publicly.

Contact Undergroundact privately with the subject line SECURITY and include enough information for the issue to be reproduced and evaluated.
